**This Market Head of Medicare Sales is a fully remote opportunity to lead a strong team in Dallas, Texas**

The Market Head of Sales sets, communicates and executes operational strategy and performance
measures in line with company, segment, region and market goals for Medicare Advantage.

Ensures achievement of sales and membership growth goals for a specific geography within Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.

Analyzes competitive environment to support and improve pricing and product development strategies as well as sales efforts.

Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with all constituents.

Recruits, attracts and retains a diverse workforce and engages and develops them through mentoring, coaching and making available tools and resources.

Partners with cross-functional team and represents sales to ensure internal and external constituent needs are met.

Removes organizational barriers that impact the cross-functional work required to achieve results.

Educates constituents on Aetna specific policies, product information, and procedures as well as industry issues and related current key business issues.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 105,000
Maximum: 226,600

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.

• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• 10+ years of industry sales experience.
• Experience in community development, building key contacts within the community.
• Knowledge of local geography - regional travel necessary.
• Travel expectations include community event activity in established territory, market team meetings, and in-person community prospecting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and prospect focused approach.
• Degree of flexibility with scheduling. Occasional weekend and off shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• SalesForce CRM experience.
• Experience with health insurance.
• Previous experience working with the Medicare population.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
